A very good product. In fact, I think these should be introduced in flights. It's a great idea to have a fork, spoon and a knife in one eating tool - quite handy and a good innovation, actually. Only recommendation is that it could be a bit bigger and the last (knife) part of it could be slightly longer. There was a problem with Amazon's delivery which was rectified later but I sincerely appreciate the marketing associate from Nani's calling to ensure that the problem was resolved even though she didn't have to (since it was a delivery problem and they had nothing to do with it). Very good customer service indeed - left me very impressed.
