NANI and how do you get in touch?
NANI is the trading name of Hyflyer Innovations LLP, based in Mumbai, India which operates the www.nanimani.com website. NANI can be contacted via email at email@example.com, by telephone on +91 9833531417 (between 10am and 4pm)
Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Nanimani.com can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website . All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit, or debit cards, RazorPay or PayPal. Nanimani.com will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed via a 3rd party payment gateway (Bank, RazorPay and PayPal) so no credit card information is handled or viewed by us, nor is it stored anywhere on our systems. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.
Missing/Faulty Items Delivered To You
The customer must inform us if there are any items missing/damaged or faulty inside your parcel within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered. The item/s may need to be returned to us and must come back to NANI in original condition ie, unwashed, tags attached etc. Please contact customer services immediately so we can help resolve the issue via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a customer enters the incorrect details resulting the parcel is sent to the wrong address Nanimani.com will not be responsible and will pass over any attempts at retrieval to the customer. Customers must notify us within 14 days if their parcel has failed to reach them/be delivered; failure to do so will result in the loss of the parcel and we reserve the right to withhold a refund in this instance.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Please note that this applies to both full priced stock and sale stock also.
Nanimani.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
NANI's Limited Liability
Nanimani.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if nanimani.com has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of the Website and Goods
Nanimani.com will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
Condition of Sale Items
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that all items, whether full or sale price, go out in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee that sale items will be available in their original, factory fresh condition (this can include packaging and tagging amongst other things). If you're unsure as to the condition of a sale item and want to ensure it is as you want it, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to inform you of its condition and provide pictures where necessary before purchase.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by nanimani.com. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
Returns and Exchanges
NANI has no returns or exchange policy. Once, goods are sold they cannot be returned. Only if the product is received by customer - he/she can contact customer services and provide necessary details. After, reviewing the condition of the product -We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/refunds. Nanimani.com won't be providing refunds - so if the product is genuinely damaged then product can only be exchanged and the customer will have to bear additional shipping charges for the exchange. The shipping charge will be at par with current market rate calculated by NANI customer service team.
Re-Sellers & Multiple Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect to be for re-sale purposes, especially on items on which we specifically state are available at a maximum of 1 per customer. This policy includes multiple individual orders for the same item.
